Economy Reform begins

When the Naval Reform was slowly ending, the government announced that there will be another reform, which will be economic. The plans for this reform are:
1. stable economy during the coronacrisis;
2. new companies to expand the economy;
3. bigger decentralization.
The reform began today on 12th April.
