Judicial election to be held tomorrow, absurd situation occurred

Election to the 3-seated Supreme Court will be held tomorrow. They will be held directly, with 6 candidates running. But that would be nothing, if 3 of 6 candidates will not be the President, PM, and the President of the Federal Assembly. A new constitutional amendment about that they could not run in the office was proposed and the People voted Yes or No. As only 5 people (4 Yes, 1 No), that means not a half or more of the population, the Bill was invalid, so the three could run into the office of the Judges. Hope the Supreme Court will be not influenced so much by the Government.
